HIRING PROCESS

Inside the Springboard Collaborative Hiring Process

From the moment you hit “apply,” we’re here to support you.

Our hiring process is built on partnership, transparency, and equity because we know interviewing isn’t just about filling a seat. It’s about ensuring we’re the right match for one another and our mission.

No matter where your journey leads, we want your time with Springboard to feel valuable and human.

01

Clarity, always

We respect your time and your talent.

From the moment you apply, we provide an anticipated timeline for the role so you know exactly what to expect. We believe every candidate deserves a response; whether you move to the next stage or not, you will hear back from us. No "ghosting," just clear communication.

02

Inclusivity by Design

We build processes where everyone can show up as their best self.

  • Accommodations: available at every stage — just ask.
  • Preferred pronouns: we invite you to share yours, and we'll always share ours.
  • Mitigating bias: "blind" work samples and assessments remove identifying information.
  • Neuro-inclusive interviews: questions land in the meeting chat so you can read and process at your own pace.

03

Human-First Review

Your application is read by a person, not a program.

In a world of automated screening, we take a hands-on approach. We believe your story and your passion for educational equity are too important to be reduced to a set of keywords. A dedicated member of our Talent Team reviews every single application that comes through our doors, no AI filters, just humans looking for their next teammate.
